Kunal Duggal has specialised in employment law since 2006, having trained with a niche employment practice and spent 5 years at a leading northern law firm. Kunal joined Parker & Co in 2012.

Kunal advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, as well as providing advice and representation at tribunal hearings. Kunal has experience on a range of matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, contractual disputes, internal disciplinary hearings, whistle-blowing, long term ill health, bullying, redundancies, TUPE transfers and compromise agreements.

Kunal also advises on the particular issues surrounding the employment of foreign nationals, such as work permits, visa applications and EU rights of free movement.
